First Windows Phone 7 Update Arrives

If you use Windows Phone 7 (WP7) in your small business, get ready for the first upgrade to the mobile device. According to Microsoft, the update will be available gradually and to open market phones first. The most significant change will be copy-and-paste capabilities, with multi-tasking capabilities scheduled to come in a second update down the road.

Microsoft confirmed it has started distributing its first significant update to Windows Phone 7 (WP7). The update, which some observers refer to as NoDo, provides WP7 phones with a copy-and-paste function, as well as simpler navigation of Microsoft

s apps marketplace and improved app performance.
