In fact, from the moment a customer signs up for Xactly SimplyComp, it can take as little as five or six minutes to set up an employee with a new compensation plan, said Cabrera. “We cracked the code on making this very simple,” he said.
That simplicity is reflected in the SimplyComp user-friendly interface. The arcane forms and fields of typical sales management software are gone, replaced with an eye-pleasing and informative controls that provide at-a-glance transparency into incentive compensation plans. A spreadsheet-like interface enables plan administrators to jump onboard quickly.
