HubSpot products, features, and pricing
HubSpot offers five stand-alone products: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, and Operations Hub. In addition to these products, HubSpot CRM is an integrated platform that combines various features of all these products.
HubSpot CRM Suite
HubSpot was primarily built as a customer relationship management tool. Later, HubSpot converted the software into an all-in-one platform by combining various tools and features of marketing, sales, and customer service.
HubSpot CRM Suite serves as a tool for businesses to manage customer interactions automatically through email, social media, live chat, or phone calls. It also provides a centralized location for businesses to store all customer contacts.
Pricing
HubSpot offers free or “lite” versions of the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub products. The free tools include content management, ticketing, email templates, ad management, landing pages, email and chat, shared inbox, productivity reports, mobile app, interactive dashboards, third-party integrations, and much more. These tools also allow unlimited users to enjoy free access with no time limit.
In addition to free tools, CRM Suite comes in three pricing tiers:

- Professional is $1,600 per month.
- Enterprise is $5,000 per month.

HubSpot Marketing Hub also offers better team collaboration with centralized management of all your business’s marketing assets, data, and tools. This means you don’t have to juggle individual applications for each of your marketing efforts.
It integrates with HubSpot CRM, of course, but it also has the ability to integrate with other CRM and sales tools at no extra cost.

You don’t have to rely solely on developers, as HubSpot CMS helps you create, edit, and optimize website pages easily. Other features include a drag-and-drop editor, SEO recommendations, prebuilt themes, adaptive testing, and tracking website visitors and site performance.
With CMS Hub, you also get a free SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, which is essential for website security. HubSpot user experience
HubSpot is best suited for small and medium businesses (SMBs). Users like HubSpot’s ease-of-use, intuitive interface, powerful dashboards, excellent customer support, easy integration with third-party apps and tools, and free and comprehensive pricing plans. You can use each of the Hubs alone, or you can connect them all under the CRM Suite.
On the downside, it might not be affordable for some businesses as they scale because the cost builds up with new features and add-ons. Some users also found it lacking in advanced reporting capabilities and other in-depth functionality.
Is HubSpot right for your business?
When it comes to choosing the right CRM platform, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. HubSpot CRM is particularly suited for solopreneurs or small-to-medium business owners, as it offers a free plan to meet the basic needs of your business.
As your business grows, it might not be the best option since the cost accumulates quickly. A different CRM solution such as Salesforce, Zoho, Insightly, and Nimble might be a better choice if you anticipate needing to expand your CRM capacity quickly.
