iPad at Work: How to Display Video to Enhance Your Business

Feb 4, 2011

The iPad simply isn’t just a consumer gadget anymore. People are finding more ways to use the popular mobile device at work and to conduct business on the go. A lack of Flash capability aside, one of the iPad’s strengths is video — it looks great on screen, and it makes a good impression — a handy feature if you’re making one-on-one presentations.

Our sister site, EnterpriseMobileToday.com shows how you can take advantage of the iPad’s video talents, and looks at a bevy of apps apps, tools and services to get the job done.

One of the iPad’s great strengths as a consumer product is that it does a superb job of showing videos. Users can stream from the Internet or their local networks, or sync video from a computer over a USB cable to the iPad and watch using the built-in video app or one of several third-party apps. (See below for more on available apps.)
