“Vidyo has unveiled the VidyoRoom HD-220, a telepresence room system based on Intel’s new Core i7 platform. The $6,995 HD-220 supports two 1080p video streams at 30 frames per second with dual monitor support, or dual-screen 720p at 60 frames per second.

The company said its HD-220 is powered by H.264 SVC technology, and can deliver the above capabilities over the Internet as well as within corporate networks.”
