AllBusiness: Preview – New Dell Vostro Small Business PCs

Fredric Paul points out the features that make these new laptops (and one all-in-one) with Intel’s latest, greatest Sandy Bridge processors “small business PCs.” Features include built-in Skype.

“I’ve often questioned the idea of what it means to be a “small business PC” but that doesn’t stop vendors from creating machines just for SMBs. Dell’s Vostro line was one of the first, and today the company launched upgraded Vostro 3000 series laptops using the latest generation of Intel’s Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 processors.

Specific small-business features include built-in Skype and a built-in VoIP button. Models start at less than $500 and range from the 13-inch 3350 up to the 17.3-inch 3750.”
