PCWorld: Preview – Internet Explorer 9 ‘Release Candidate’
Nick Mediati says the release candidate, the final pre-shipping version, isn’t dramatically different from the last beta version, but he does note some small improvements.

The release candidate isn’t dramatically different from the public beta, but there are a number of tweaks and refinements that make IE9 feel more usable and put-together.”
