ComputerWeekly: Cloud Computing Security Poorly Understood

Too many companies, especially small businesses, are implementing cloud computing strategies without understanding or acting on security considerations, two recent studies suggest.


While Forrester Research predicts the cloud security market will grow to $1.5bn by 2015, cloud adoption is outpacing security controls, a global survey has revealed.

One in seven of over 350 companies polled by access assurance firm Courion admitted that, although there were potential access violations in their cloud applications, they did not know how to find them.”
