t get much coverage so many people don

t even know it exists. Worse still, if you

re using PowerPoint 2007 you need to use Producer for PowerPoint 2007, which is still in beta and not exactly easy to find. So, to locate it, go to

http://connect.microsoft.com

and register with your Windows Live ID. If you don

t have a Windows Live ID then sign up for one and return to Microsoft Connect and log in and then register to use the site.


Then when you have full access to the Connect site, click the Connection Directory link at the top of the screen and, on the left, select the Office category. Browse to find Producer for PowerPoint 2007 Beta and click the Apply Now link and then download the program and install it. Once installed, you’ll find it in your Microsoft Office folder along with the other Microsoft Office applications.
