In this world of giant megasites and huge organizations, there are still places you can run across that feel like you're coming home. E-ssistance is one of those sites.
Its run by a woman named Jema Watts, and she offers a range of virtual assistant services, although her specialty is transcription services. Now the beauty of having a virtual assistant, of course, is that you can have somebody doing work for you, but you dont have to pay them a full-time wage.
Jema Watts eliminates the headaches of handling little office tasks. She can
do research for you; she can do the things that a real assistant does -- other than walking into your office and handing you something; shed have to put it into the mail. But you dont have to train her; you dont have to pay for all the benefits, no withholding taxes. Hiring a virtual assistant really is a great idea.
Jema's site offers little bit of testimonial information. And from personal experience I know that shes working for some very large companies around the country, some of which I know of and do business with.
The site also includes Jema's blog, which provides good, solid information that you can use with your business. And its offered here completely for free.
If you need transcription services, or if youre looking for virtual assistance, I encourage you do to check out E-ssistance. What could be better?
TubeMogul
Once youve created persuasive videos to help sell your products, what do you do with them? Thats where this great Web tool will help you out. Its called TubeMogul.com, and quite simply it will distribute your video to sites like YouTube, Google video, AOL video, Metacafe and many more.
Its all done automatically, and you even get to see stats of how many people view your videos on each of the sites. Tube Mogul is very easy to use and, best of all, its completely free.
Now for those of you who want to distribute your videos to even more sites, as well as have them converted to podcasts, the best tool is called TrafficGeyser.com. Now its not cheap, but its the ultimate way to get your videos out there. Ive managed to get top-ten rankings in Google within 48 hours using this tool, so I definitely recommend it.
PrintingForLess
Here's an interesting site called PrintingForLess. Talk about a green world; they run the entire printing operation by wind-power. Yup, a bunch of windmills power this whole operation.
It's a full-service printing website wehre you can get brochures, business cards, newsletters, stationery, catalogs, flyers.
If for example, you wanted to order business cards, the first step would be to choose a background. You can choose from just about any color and then see what it's going to look like on your card.
Or you can choose a pre-designed card for a specific industry -- maybe youre a doctor or dentist. These cards are ready to go. Just type your name on there, and youre ready. Under real estate you'll find a bunch of logos already there for you. Or you plug in your own logo and information.
Once you're done, your high quality order will ship off to you quickly. Take a look at PrintingForLess -- the folks that run off of wind power.
