Small Business Marketing Tips: Managing Contacts

This is the 100th episode of Help! My Business Sucks, and to celebrate two years of providing top-notch marketing strategies for entrepreneurs, the show has a new look. It also offers new segments designed to improve your productivity, showcase unconventional ad campaigns and point out massive marketing mistakes you’ll want to avoid.

In addition, you’ll see more interviews with successful entrepreneurs and marketing experts to help you succeed. Don’t worry though. You’ll still get the great marketing advice, tools and resources served up with Andrew’s unique expertise, humor and panache.

After two years of this weekly show, Episode 100 has arrived! I want to thank you for making the show so successful, and this week is certainly a cause for celebration. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll be receiving a very special free gift from me this week, as well as my best ever offer, too.

We’ve got lots of topics in this episode. I talk about my Fedex fiasco that’s been going on over the last couple of weeks. I think I’ve got a story to top all other Fedex or UPS stories; see if you agree.

This week’s Web resource is one of my favorite discoveries in quite awhile, and I want to thank Matt Mickiewicz from 99Designs.com for alerting me to it. It’s such a great concept — and highly addictive, as you’ll soon see.

I really enjoyed this week’s interview with Noah St. John. Noah is a genuinely nice guy, and I love his enthusiasm. Plus, he talks a lot of sense, which certainly helps. See if you agree with our take on “motivational speakers” who seem to be anything but motivational.

With all of the changes in this 100th episode and beyond, I’d really like to hear your feedback, especially if you don’t normally comment. Come on, don’t be shy. As usual, let me know your opinion about the topics covered in the show this week – leave your comment below, it’s really easy to do.
