FaxTools Offers Fax � la FoIP

Whether its lawyers sending contracts, realtors providing new listings or restaurants faxing menus, lots of small businesses rely on volume faxing. Just as you can save money by switching your phone service to VoIP, you can send faxes over the Internet — also known as FoIP — and save a bundle in the process.

BVRP, a leading fax software company, in conjunction with Venali, a fax service provider, offers FoIP capability in FaxTools, BVRP’s top fax software. Using the FaxTools software and Venali’s subscription service, you can send faxes over the Internet without long distance charges.

FaxTools lets you write and send faxes over the Internet from one application.

The software provides standard PC faxing software that lets you send a one-page fax or hundreds of faxes to multiple recipients. You can also send faxes with attached documents, signatures and logos.

The company estimates a 40 percent savings when using FaxTool’s new FoIP capability. The software works with cable, DSL or your company’s local network. You’ll need a subscription with an IP provider, and BVRP recommends Venali’s VisionLab service that costs $9.95 per month.

Normally priced at $59.99, FaxTools is specially prices at $39.99 until August 13th in honor of the 40th anniversary of the first fax machine.
