If your small business needs tech support, you don’t have to look further than your cable provider. At least, that's what Comcast hopes will be the case now that it's courting the small business market with a new small business IT support service called Business Class Signature Support. Cable and communications provider Comcast is reaching out to small to medium-size businesses (SMBs) with the launch of Business Class Signature Support, a 24x7 technical support and equipment protection program for the company’s midmarket customers. The service, which covers computers, tablets, mobile devices, servers and networks, gives small business owners access to IT specialists who can provide advanced technical support online, over the phone, or in-person.
