The new QNAP line of NAS products includes four-, five- and six-drive models. All run on a 1.8GHz Atom processor and are the first to support new SATRA 6GB drives.
"QNAP has announced an expansion of its business class line of Turbo NAS devices. The new lineup, the TS-x59 Pro II series, includes the 4-drive TS-459 Pro II, the 5-drive TS-559 Pro II and the 6-drive TS-659 Pro II.
The new devices feature dual-core Intel Atom D525 1.8-GHz processors, USB 3.0, and 1GB of DDRIII RAM (expandable up to 3GB). QNAP states that these are the first in the industry to support SATRA 6GB/s hard drives."
