Dane-Elec's myDitto is not the first prouduct that claims to remove the complexity from networked attached storage and backup, but this one was designed for use in the home, so it stands to reason it's pretty simple.


"Some people think NAS is a nasty word, and Jon Christeson is one of them.

'I don’t like to wrestle with difficult technology,' he says when asked about using Network-Attached Storage devices. Mr. Christeson is director of marketing for Dane-Elec, a maker of computer memory and storage products that has created a simplified home server."
