Dell introduced its Inspiron 4150, a high-performance, thin and light notebook computer designed for small businesses and consumers.
According to the company, its Inspiron 4150 allows customers to build-to-order a personalized configuration with features like Intel's Mobile Pentium 4-M processors, three different display resolutions, two hard drive sizes up to 40 GB and four optical drives. The notebook also comes with Ion Silver accents and has five new optional QuickSnap color inserts: Black Leather, Iridescent Jade, Burlwood, Birch Blue and Robin's Egg Red.
Dell also has a portfolio of services for customers seeking a notebook computer solution. CompleteCare protects notebook PCs against accidental drops, spills and electrical surges. Customers also can opt to have their system set up using Dell's Home PC Installation.
Home PC Installation includes a Dell-certified IT professional who will ensure the order was filled correctly, connect the system to the Internet, install up to three external devices, test the operation of external devices and give the customer a brief orientation of the system.
